Baldini Academy
Safety training and professional certifications
In the fields of lifting, machinery handling, and logistics, expertise makes all the difference. With Baldini Academy, we offer training programmes designed both for those already working in the sector who need updated, compliant certifications, and for those starting from scratch who want to build the foundations of a new profession.
We have always invested in technical training and in developing people’s professional growth, because we know the value of a well-prepared, safety-conscious, and competent operator. From this vision come two distinct training paths: Baldini Academy, dedicated to operators and companies, and Baldini Training Camp, designed for those who want to embark on a new career in our sector.

Baldini Academy
At the Baldini Academy, we deliver highly specialised courses certified under CF24, covering workplace safety and equipment operation. These courses are aimed at workers, supervisors, and technical operators. Thanks to our direct experience in the rental sector, our training is practical and field-oriented, ensuring full compliance with current regulations and the highest standards of safety.
Workplace safety courses
- General and specific training for workers (low, medium, and high risk)
- Additional training for supervisors
- Courses for working at height and the use of Category III PPE
Machinery operation certification courses
- Mobile cranes and truck-mounted cranes
- Aerial work platforms (AWPs)
- Forklifts and telescopic handlers
Courses for slingers and signallers

All courses are delivered at our training centres, with both theoretical and practical sessions, and are taught by certified trainers with direct hands-on experience in the field. On completion, participants receive certificates recognised under Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State–Regions Agreement.

Baldini Training Camp
The Baldini Training Camp is a free project that, since 2019, has been offering the opportunity to train in the field and acquire real skills, with the aim of entering the world of work. Each edition includes a theoretical and practical course, carried out in the classroom, with practical sessions on the Group’s vehicles, qualified instructors and operators from the Baldini team, and followed by a final exam and the issue of certificates valid under Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State–Regions Agreement.
The Training Camp is aimed at those who wish to embark on a new profession in sectors where professionalism and safety are essential: lifting, machinery handling, and transport.
Course structure:
- Max 10 participants
- Theoretical part + practical part
- Final exam + issue of certificates
- Job opportunities may be offered to high-performing candidates
Starting in 2024, the Baldini Training Camp is developing a programme that actively promotes gender equality in this traditionally male sector. The project also includes dedicated pathways and additional support to enhance female participation, including for example, a self-defence course integrated into the programme.
In 2024, the first two female candidates successfully participated. In 2025, three women are enrolled: a small sign of change that we want to make increasingly concrete.
Certificates issued vary from year to year in order to provide continuous valuable training and to make this course increasingly unique:
- 2019–2020: truck-mounted cranes, mobile cranes
- 2024: truck-mounted cranes, mobile cranes, and supervisor certification
- 2025: truck-mounted cranes, mobile cranes, and aerial work platforms (AWPs)
